These are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) governing our digital product and service offerings such as the Dynamic Affirmations Method products, or any other digital product or service offerings that are owned / operated by Team Biba International (the “Product / Service”).
By purchasing the Product / Service, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between the Product / Service owner and operator, Team Biba International, LLC. (TBI), (”TBI”, “Biba Atta”, “Biba Atta, Managing Member”, or “Organizer”) and the purchaser (“you” or “Purchaser”).
If you are making the purchase on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure that person is aware of these terms and accepts them. By making the purchase on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the individual aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
Personal Responsibility. By purchasing the Product / Service, you accept personal responsibility for the results of your actions. You agree that the Organizer has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended in the Virtual Event or not. You agree to take full responsibility for any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use, or non-use, of the information available in the Virtual Event. You agree to use judgment and conduct due diligence before taking any actions or implementing any plans or policy suggested or recommended in the Virtual Event.
Access. Your registration entitles you to access to the Virtual Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and Virtual Event shall have no liability for such costs.
Content. You acknowledge and agree that Virtual Event, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Virtual Event, including but not limited to, the Virtual Event name, themes, content, program, venue, and time.
Limitations on Use. By registering for the Virtual Event, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by the Organizer. By registering for a paid Virtual Event, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If Organizer determines that you have violated this policy, Organizer may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future Virtual Events.
Disruptive Conduct. You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer reserves the right to remove you from the Virtual Event if, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the Virtual Event or the enjoyment of the Virtual Event content by other attendees.
Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping. Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at the Virtual Events.
Unethical/Non-Compliant Business Practices. Organizer reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant business practices. In addition to the requirements and prohibitions set forth in this Section, Organizer may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any Virtual Event, at their sole discretion.
Disclosure. Any information shared (documented or verbal) in connection with or during the Virtual Event is considered confidential. Organizer agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to any of the participants without their written consent and will not disclose the names of participants as a reference without their consent.
Confidential Information. This does not include information that: (a) was in the Organizer’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Participant; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Participant’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Organizer from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Participant; (d) is independently developed by the Organizer without use of or reference to the Participant’s confidential information; or (e) the Organizer is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Organizer and as a result of such disclosure the Organizer reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Participant or others; and (g) involves illegal activity. The Participant also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Organizer in a timely manner.
Privacy of Other Participants. As a condition of participating in the Virtual Event, you hereby agree to respect the privacy of other event participants and to respect the Organizer’s confidential information.
